There's a serial killer in the city of San Antonio murdering Hispanic women. Detective Salazar is an San Antonio homicide detective working on the number one suspect and there's nothing that's going to stop her to apprehend Kimo. Det Salazar is doing everything she can but her Capt. Eschenburg is holding her back and tension rises between them.
