Det magiska rummet (2002)

Seven Swedish scenographers/production designers tells about their experiences with theater work. The drama is a visual expression. It's the pictorial direction. For the first time on Swedish television, this hidden art form is being presented. Today, it is obvious that it is the scenography that gives the drama a visual expression, but it was not until the 1920s that people started talking about the meaning of space. Prior to that, the set designer's work was called decorative painting. In 1956, the name was changed to scenography.
