Cuckoo (2019)

A farmer named Bill is met by a mysterious couple who tell him of a rare cuckoo that lives on his land. His quest to capture the bird (and get the associated reward) takes all his time and energy, while the seemingly caring couple meet Bill's family and rarely leave his home. Soon enough, the family feels compelled to get away from their toxic presence but the cuckoo-obsessed farmer doesn't seem to notice what happens in his house anymore. The couple has triumphantly taken control over the farm -unless Bill's efforts prove to be finally rewarded.
