To the Final Nirvana (2018)

A Hong Kong property agent Sang-yu has earned a considerably decent living who working giant housing developers. During the buyout of an old tong lau apartment inhabited by a middle-aged couple, she comes to realize the harm her job has done on people. Meanwhile, she is assigned another buyout task that she perceives as a big opportunity. In order to get rid of guilt, she offers help to Grandma Chun and her grandson Shrimpy, who support themselves by street-collecting and selling cardboard boxes. At the moment Sang-yu becomes convinced that there is a balance between making money and helping others, she just fails to notice the irreversible tragedy that lies ahead.
