Den skårede krukke (1958)

A village judge is trying a case to determine who broke the jug (an analogy of Eva's loss of innocence in the Garden of Eden). Long before the evidence becomes conclusive against the suspects, it is apparent to the audience that the judge himself is the guilty one. TV adaptation on Kleist's 1806 comedy on the failings of human nature.
