Countryside. A royal lunch is just ended and in her wandering Ophelia finds the rich banquet. Hungry and in a complete state of abandon, she starts to interact with the objects left on the table. Due to her state of madness, she does not even seem to recognize her brother Laerte and doesn't accept his help.
