Mild, a woman swims nude, her backside including buttocks are seen but not of her front side.

In the pool/spa scene halfway through movie, the woman in the pool has clearly visible nipples although just below the waterline. The camera angle is shown multiple times throughout the scene over the course of a few minutes. No male nudity.

In the unrated cut two characters do have sex. Breasts are seen (obscured by the angle) & male pubic hair and nude body can be seen in full (though, also obscured by angles and cutting).

Some conversations about how one of the friends hasn't had sex in a while etc. brought up in conversation between friends.

Some women wear cleavage revealing outfits

Some scenes of small wounds and and some close ups on blood, but nothing too graphic.

A woman's throat is slit open surprisingly and she is helf over a bowl to bleed out. After that, she's dropped to the ground. The theatrical cut only implies this, most of this scene is shown in strong blur, stemming from the protagonist's state of unwell.

The violence in the unrated cut is definitely more severe than it's theatrical rating with a graphic self-beheading, stabbings, a gory throat slashing, graphic wounds, impalements, & a scene of a hand being severed off.

A man bites a woman's ankle.

A man cuts a part of his wrist using his nail (blood shown), which is followed by a woman biting the wound. She is seen with blood dripping from her mouth.

A woman is very briefly seen with bite marks on her neck.

A man is lit on fire and he burns to death.

A woman uses her nails to stab another in the chest (blood shown).

A woman is slashed by another in the back by another woman (blood shown). This is followed by both woman being impaled on a spear (not graphic).

A man begins to stab a woman in the chest with a spear (blood shown). The woman grabs the spear and stabs the man in the neck, to which the man begins to bleed from the mouth and he eventually falls over dead.

A man's hand is severed (mostly offscreen however blood can be seen splattered on the floor) before he is kicked into fire, to which he burns alive.

Two uses of the F-word, number of S-words

First I will add I use Closed Captions and the the CC said the F-Word 6 times but the Movie ( the Voices ) itself said the F-Word 3 times And Sh#$ 3 times and a few other milder curse words

The film mostly relies on jump scares, there are quite a lot of them. This is also accompanied by a booming, bassy sound design, throughout most of the movie.
