Ek Prem Katha (2020)

A young woman Nidhi receives a shock when boy she is getting married get killed by gangsters and becomes like a six-year-old. She leaves the home and later rescued by a young man with name shyam. shyam falls in love with Nidhi while taking care of her but later when Nidhi recover from shock , she forget everything about shyam leaving him in shock.
