From Senses is an attempt to find out if a filmmaker can overcome itself and use not only the senses of sight and hearing on film, but also touch. In order to do this, we accompany five deaf-blind people as they seek for help in the Brazilian Instituto Benjamin Constant. As these individuals show us that each of them has its own way of connecting to the world, we learn more about deaf-blindness. And, in the meantime, about the boundaries of the senses in cinema.
