Waking up, eating, money, sex, drugs, death, the ephemeral nature of newsworthy events. The games that macho males like to play. In its isolation the act of eating a hamburger becomes the subject of creative observation. Eat manages to avoid experimental cliches in favour of a style that is genuinely experimental.
