Jit Tamang is a 62 year old Nepalese trekking guide. Told through the eyes of a woman, Jit opens the doors to his home and existence in the heart of Kathmandu (Nepal) and his native village Ghyang, east of the capital. Seven Thousand Three takes us on a journey into an unknown world, a look inside the daily life of Jit, his karma, family and the bond which unites a father and son.
