In Arab-Islamic civilization, manuscripts and contracts called "oukoud" (marriage, sales and rental contracts,...) represent the first reference in the writing of history. They express the specificity of social, religious and traditional life and allow us to discover historical truth. Between the declarations of the historian Abdejlil Temimi and the works of the painter Wassila Saadi, the writing of contracts moves from historical truth to artistic expression.
