Project Motherhood (2020)

Lea is a first-time mom who has it all - healthy kid, loving husband, supportive family and a nice cozy home. She always wanted to have kids and never doubted her ability to be a good mom. When her son Elias was born she thought she would feel complete and and that her life would make sense. But the reality of the first months with the newborn was nothing like she expected. She is exhausted, sleep deprived, feels trapped and struggles. Everyday she feels she can't go on anymore but she has to. She is stuck in a never ending cycle of breastfeeding, changing nappies and putting the baby to sleep. It feels like there is no end to this. Everyone else seem to be coping well but she struggles to be happy. Is she a bad mom?
