ARA is based on actual circumstances with some modifications. Brothers Cesar and Javier Morales have come to this country to pursue the American Dream along the way they have had struggles which has led them to have dealings with shady individuals and dirty cops. They have been accused of committing a crime in order to make a quick buck and along the way they have involved their unsuspecting loved ones. In the end who will prevail.
