Holy Land

H O L Y L A N D is a supernatural drama about a seemingly ordinary middle-class woman trapped in a conservative community of toxic masculinity. The inexplicable appearance of angel wings tattooed on Anne's back radically changes her status in the rural Texas town. Her metamorphosis unleashes religious admiration as well as a violent backlash. Under pressure from every side, Anne embraces her "calling" and fights back with devastating and fatal consequences.
