Trio in Trouble (2009)

Ready for her hot date, wearing sexy, knee-high white boots, a shapely young woman decides to investigate a sound downstairs and is confronted by an intruder who quickly ties her wrists and covers her mouth with a tight white gag to ensure her silence. In a second tale, a lovely lady enters her friends house apologizing for running late and discovers her friend helplessly bound and gagged. Before she can untie her bindings, the same creep grabs her and secures her in the same fashion.
