Off Duty (2005)

After finishing her shift, an sexy but inexperienced police officer spots two bound and gagged women being dragged from a van. A perky blonde decides to investigate on her own without backup to impress her supervisors. She descends into a dank basement and locates the victims just as the perp locates her and clamps a chloroformed-soaked rag over her face. Shortly thereafter, the would-be hero joins the first two victims in bondage. In the second tale, a gorgeous stewardess is menaced by an unknown man. The young cop assigned to protect her is unable to prevent the burly stalker from grabbing, binding and gagging both lovely young women.
