Libertad

"Libertad" (Working Title) is a feature documentary currently in Production. The film tells the story of Alejandra, an Indigenous, transgender woman from Mexico who escaped violence in her hometown by migrating to the U.S. 30-years-ago. Alejandra's journey of reconciliation with the people and place that couldn't keep her safe long ago turns into an unexpected path of liberation and solidarity on both sides of the border.
