Bach is a guy who sells balloons and masks in the park. He has the ability to read everyone's mind. He unexpectedly can see terrible things which will happen. So that, he tries to advise and warn or begging for strangers to help them. But no one believes him. They suppose he is crazy. Life storms come to Bach after that.
