Ara (2018)

Near future. The organic memory has been replaced by chips able to contain people's recollections. Following a planetary cataclysm, the few survivors are forced to live apart from each other, in bunkers connected together only through the network. Sem has now been isolated for nine years in his refuge, frightened by the threat of the unhealthy air outside and possible contagion from the web with viruses pretending to be humans. The growing dissatisfaction with his own existence and the desire for human contact leads Sem to interact with Ara, a mysterious "voice" that is weirdly happy to share all her artificial memory. Ara's company pushes Sem to dig within himself, to unlock encrypted areas of his memory: up to discovering shocking truths about his past and about the fate of the planet, and eventually to finding a way of getting out of the bunker.
