Capes and Registration, Please (2020)

In celebration of 20 years of peace, a new superhero registration act requires all heroes to register their capes and secret identities. The super family that established the peace resists the registration, but the psychic brother Tommy sees a premonition of their fall, and must act before his super hero family become known as super villains.
