Bate Coração (2019)

Sandro (André Bankoff) is a womanizer and prejudiced man, used to a life of luxury. When he suffers a heart attack and urgently needs surgery, he receives a transplant from Isadora (Aramis Trindade), a transvestite who recently died in an accident. While recovering and trying to seduce the doctor who performed the surgery, Sandro will have to reconsider his prejudice.
