The Suicide Diver (2021)

MARIA, a young woman who is dying from the very last stage of lung cancer has the final wish of diving with a huge manta ray. She learns SCUBA diving but soon finds out that she needs to submit her medical record statement which will stop her from diving. Finally, she decides to make a forged document to cheat her diving instructor, ANNA with her cousin, BIANCA's help.
