With the Apocalypse fast approaching, Babs, a lonely, chaotic cat lover, urgently calls Elegant Airlines to request a refund for the flight she'll never get to take. She gets through to JD - calm and precise, purposefully blocking out the world beyond his headset. That is until Babs makes clear the reason for her refund - THE END OF THE WORLD.
