Los Angeles California native Romel Roberson Jr (Better known by his stage name Spiffie Luciano) is a creative and talented aspiring rapper. His father was murdered when he was 12 years old, so he viewed the traumatic event as motivation to strive harder and put his pain on instrumentals.
