The Storm (2018)

A private investigator reluctantly accepts a cold case concerning a missing child. Although he has successfully rescued a number of abducted children, he's still haunted by a case that resulted in the death of not only the girl, but his partner as well. As he delves into the case, he uncovers new evidence that might lead to the kidnapper - but also may lead to his own death this time.
