Thank You for Your Patience (2021)

When an early morning Brooklyn train breaks down, two star-crossed strangers are forced to navigate their own path to work (minus any working subway lines) launching them into a conversation of coincidence, confession, music, and city romance. Jabbar, a Brooklyn born barista on his way to a job interview and Emily, a West Coast raised Wall Street financial analyst trek through the monotonous trail of Manhattan streets together. What seems like a tedious obstacle soon becomes an unraveling adventure embedded in the romantic magic still left in cold cold New York.
