Phase I of the Kansas City Community Film Project (KCCFP): explores the public's belief about the relationship between the cops and the community in a "Cops vs Community Rap Battle," a real-time convo-concert and video shoot featuring a KC based rapper and KCPD. One cop and one rapper will square off. The topic? Reconciliation.
