"Quiet people have the loudest minds," Stephen Hawking wrote. As a teenager, Maarten Butter and his friends - all self-described "real nerds" - were given keys to the Leiden Observatory because they couldn't get enough of star-gazing. Thirty years on Butter, who now works in television, visits four friends from his youth to see what their loud minds are doing now and what they've learned about the universe. A film about science, exploration, friendship and the never-ending allure of discovering what it all means.
