Uno entre ocho mil (2019)

(Alt title: One in Eight Thousand) A charismatic mexican mountaineer with no experience in the Himalayas attempts to climb his first eight-thousander mountain (almost 27,000 ASL) in less than 24 hours and with no supplemental oxygen. Along his journey, he questions his motivations, discovers new emotions and learns the value of friendship and family. This short film is based on his own personal recordings that he left behind.
