Jala (2020)

Jala is a feisty preteen who dreams of becoming a synchronized swimmer. With tryouts only a few days away, Jala becomes aware of a potential problem jeopardizing her ambitions: her hairy legs. When her mother refuses to let her shave, Jala explores the idea of taking control of her own body, believing that shaving her legs could be the deciding factor between her success or failure.
