George, a complete narcissist all about himself is in a competition with other men on whom is the hottest guy in the city. During a man-beauty convention he gets in a fight on-stage with another man who thinks is the most handsome guy in the city and gets punched in the face knocking George unconscious. When George wakes up, he doesn't even see himself when he looks in the mirror and finds all beauty outside of himself including a woman named Jillian.
