The Noise of Silence (2007)

There are some people in this city who would prefer to forget that immigrants are here. In the Via Anelli, quarter of Padua northern Italy a wall made of steel, eighty-four meters long and three meters high encircle a ghetto of immigrants from Africa. Padua's wall builders did their job in a few hours and equipped it with a checkpoint and a police control.
