Gone Fishing (2019)

Boy litters the beach in the early morning hours, tossing beer cans and cigarettes. The ocean sends its riderless bicycle goons from the sea to torture him and turn him into a bicycle, for not heeding the warnings they send about littering. Later, Boy, now also a bicycle, joins the gang and the two set off with support from the ocean to take on another pack of kids.
