The Case (2019)

Carly Benedetta has been kidnapped, and the police department's crack detective, John Fina, is on the case. At first saddled with a psychic assigned by the commissioner, Fina proves the psychic is not adequate, breaking free of that hindrance. He also must work out a deep personal hurt connected with the case, and he must come to terms with it as he nears discovering the truth.
