It's Not About You

This romantic drama "It's Not About You" takes place on the beautiful island, Catalina. Catherine Edwards is a free-spirited spiritual African American woman who comes to Catalina Island to escape a painful relationship. Catherine, with the help of her Romanian friend Yuric, takes on the task of making a connection with the shy, reclusive organist Richard Murdock, a passionate musician. Murdock is at first shocked by Catherine's spirituality and her embrace of God's love but as he gets to know her, he finds himself increasingly attracted to her. As she gets to know him better, she finds herself increasingly attracted to him. She has a past of disappoints and she has a future that has to be dealt with. Before long, Catherine is falling in love with Richard. Catherine in the throes of her relationship she is confronted with Richard's secret. Does she stay on the island with the man she thinks she knows and loves; or does she follow her heart?
