After their mother dies in an aggressive and unexpected forest fire, three sisters in different stages of life are suspended in the postmortem but pre-funeral limbo. Left with the vacuum of their mother's absence, they decide on an unconventional method to say goodbye, a blood-magic ritual to bring their mother back from the dead.
