Conviction Without Remorse (2020)

Dominic Farrier, a working-class family man, is convicted of murdering his best friend James Kershaw. He is taken to the courthouse's cells to await transportation to prison, where he will serve out his life sentence. Whilst there, Dominic calls for his Barrister, who sends his junior to speak with Dominic, on their behalf. The JB's interest is peaked when Dominic reveals that he has not been wholly truthful about the murder. The JB sees Dominic's hesitation but convinces him to play the events out again, in the hopes that the result can be overturned.
