Delanila: Time Slips Away (2019)

The video for Time Slips Away was shot on film, across two freezing cold days in January: one on an abandoned military base in Fort Monmouth NJ, and the other in a modern apartment in Brooklyn. At its surface, it's about a girl lost in the corridors of her imagination, creating her own dream world to dance in. At its heart, it's about the feelings of disconnection and isolation in the Instagram age. Everything appears sunny, when in reality many are scrolling from the dark of their bedrooms.
