Dr Sweetheart (2020)

A young man named Harshan is travelling in his car from Thrissur to Trivandrum after a company meeting. Harshan has financial pressure from his family. Midway through he meets with an accident. He never anticipated this journey would change his entire life. The storyline concludes with the dilemmas he had to encounter and the solutions he had to take.
