The Red Hood Universe story arc continues with a new hero name Arsenal, who was once a sidekick to The Green Arrow. After breaking up and leaving his mentor Green Arrow, Roy Harper goes on his own path to become his own hero but finds many challenges and obstacle that he has to face.
