Ice Queen (2019)

The spoiled, senseless and egotistical rich woman finds herself trapped in a car due to a car accident. When she slowly realizes that for the first time in her life she is only dependent on herself and that no one can help her, not even a passerby, as she is separated from the outside world by a thick layer of snow, her struggle for survival leads her through various stages of physical and psychological breakdown.
