Algae Restoration (2019)

A mad scientist (Sammy Spoon) finds a chemical component within the algae to bring back human life. The experiment fails and reveals that agents were following him for years to uncover his heinous crimes. Sammy later finds out there are more at stake than getting caught by the government agent and going to jail.
