An educational law film series turns into a rogue comedy - this directors cut shows the branched out story of several protagonists who, above all, have one thing in common: the attention of Kommissar König. A series of small and big crimes further entangles the characters fates and in the the end everything is always different than it started out. The grand finale decides who is the frog and who will be king.
