Population.Zero (2019)

Family couple Susanna and Thomas and their new accidental friend Dylan run away and find temporary shelter in an abandoned house. Wife is injured and doesn't have much time to live before she turns. They all have to make an impossible decision in order to survive in this post apocalyptic world while the creatures approach dangerously close.
