Decay (2019)

Two guys are surviving on their own as the world is taken over by a viral disease. They struggle to stay away from the people who are "sick." Andrew (Charlie Taylor) is a young adult who is focused on survival and not taking any chances with anyone who is sick. Will (Caleb Quick) is also a young adult who is focused on trusting others and giving them a chance. Will this make them split up? Or will they face this new world together?
