Based on Hector Abad Faciolince's first novel "Asunto de un Hidalgo Disoluto", this documentary narrates the disordered memories of the main character Gaspar Medina; adultery, seduction, politics, and religion are mixed with the author's own observations. His "affairs" happen in Medellin; the Colombian city is the scenery of his memories and nostalgias. Featuring the writer Hector Abad Faciolince and filmed in Medellin, Colombia.
