House Sitting (2016)

A teenage girl house-sits a suburban home for a couple, but she gets woken up in the middle of the night by a strange noise. A series of events reveal that the house-sitter is not alone in the house, and she is being watched by a spectral presence. Slowly, it leads the house-sitter to the basement of the house, where she makes a horrifying discovery about the nature of her house-sitting.
