The Mud (2019)

Chay, Regan, and Oz travel back to their family vacation home in search of an item they lost long ago. Upon breaking into the house they are flooded with past memories they shared within the home. Even so, an unnerving presence looms over them as they pass through each room of the house. They make their way to the backyard of the house in search of their missing item, drawing ever closer to the source of the houses unknown presence. They retrieve a catfish with the laugh of a child from beneath the mud they would play in as children. Reaching deep within the catfishes mouth the retrieve the last of their memories burrowed in their subconscious.
