A few months after breaking up with her then boyfriend Roddy, Cary Ann is assaulted while jogging on the Hollywood Hills. She wakes to find a handsome stranger Bruce waiting for an ambulance. After forming an unlikely romance they are shocked to discover her assailant could be the infamous and crazed serial killer known as the Hollywood Hills Necro Killer. As the victims pile up, a homeless street artist, Sticky becomes the number one suspect.
